Welcome to Valor strategy Group LLC (doing Business as Veterans Legion “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, or communicating with us in any capacity, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

- Scope of Services
Veterans Legion provides non-legal consulting services to assist U.S. military Veterans with the preparation and development of claims related to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) disability compensation benefits.
We are not attorneys, do not offer legal advice, and do not represent clients before the VA in a legal capacity.
We are not affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs or any government agency. Veterans Legion is not sponsored by or affiliated with The Department of Veterans Affairs or any other Non-Profit Veteran service organization. The Department of Veterans Affairs can provide you with this services free of charge.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Strategic claim consulting
- Evidence development assistance
- Lay statement drafting
- Medical questionnaire preparation
- Administrative support throughout the VA claim process
- No Legal Representation or Guarantee
Veterans Legion does not employ attorneys and does not provide legal representation. Communications with Veterans Legion staff are not protected by attorney-client privilege. Any information shared is handled with confidentiality, but should not be interpreted as legal counsel.
We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
All claim outcomes depend on the evidence submitted and the independent adjudication of the VA.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Submitting required documents in a timely manner
- Responding to communication within a reasonable timeframe
- Notifying Veterans Legion of any changes in contact, claim status, or intent to cancel services
Veterans Legion reserves the right to terminate services if communication ceases or if a client behaves in a way that violates our values, policies, or staff safety.
- Fees & Payment Terms
Veterans Legion operates on a results-based compensation model, with fees calculated as a multiple of the monthly VA award resulting from claims we supported. Specific fee structures are detailed in our Client Service Agreement, which all clients must sign before services begin.
All payments are handled securely and according to agreed terms.
- Privacy & Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. Personal data submitted through forms, email, or phone is used solely for consulting purposes and will never be sold or shared without your consent.

- Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, tools, and documents, is the property of Fireborn Veteran Consulting Group LLC unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
